Test Engineer
Desired Skills
- Experience in testing of telecom products preferably on NMS
- Good understanding of test life cycle (preparation, execution, reporting, test types, etc.)
- Sound xDSL knowledge
- Experience specific to the EMS area would be a very advantage.
- Experience on load and performance test experience
- Experience on high availability, cluster environment.
- Experience on testing Java, J2EE applications.
- Experience on working in both Windows and UNIX environments.
- Experience in indentifying, developing, executing the test cases.
- Experience using defect management tools
- Sound knowledge on computer and telecom networks
- Experience on scripts like perl, shell scripts, TCL/Tk etc.
- Good understanding of protocols such as SNMP, TCP/IP, Megaco, SIP, H.248, IGMP, etc.
- Very good communication skills in English
